Cafe Bar Manila information
Cafe Bar Manila is the first bar in Granada to have a zero emissions impact, due to an EU-certified reforestation program it is involved with in Costa Rica and Madagascar. It also recycles just about everything and serves organic products as far as possible, including wines and beers.
There is a regular program of art exhibitions, audiovisual presentations and talks. And let’s not forget the food, which includes vegan dishes, sweet and savoury crepes and breakfast tostadas (toasts) with toppings ranging from chestnut puree to classic tomato and olive oil. The interior is all comfy sofas, cluttered walls and world music. There is free wi-fi so people tend to hang out here for a while.
