Description provided by property
With a convenient location, close to the old roman bridge and just 20 minutes’ walk from the city centre, this modern 4-star hotel offers high-quality spacious luxurious accommodation.
The Tryp Mérida Medea Hotel is located on Avenida de Portugal in a new residential area, close to a shopping centre and leisure centre with cinemas, restaurants and plenty of traditional bars and pubs nearby. The location also means the hotel has great access to the region’s major road network, ideal if you are visiting the area on business or exploring the region on holiday. The Vía de La Plata (or Silver Way) is an old commercial path that crosses the west of Spain from north to south, connecting Merida to Astorga.
The hotel’s striking semicircular architecture deliberately echoes the ancient Roman theatres, creating an impressive and luxurious atmosphere.
The swimming pool opens on 15 June and closes on 15 September.
When booking more than 8 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
