June 18, 2010 - Segovia was like a blast from the past, with the roman aqueduct right in the middle of the town center, the cobblestone streets, the grand old cathedral and a fortress overlooking vast green fields. All you need are people in costume, and its straight out of a movie set, like one of those medieval towns in Disney cartoons. And the food! If you're a meat lover, Segovia's conchinillo, a slow roasted suckling pig, is certainly a must try. It is one of the most succulent pork I've ever tasted (next to the Philippine lechon, of course!).
