Lonely Planet review

For an older crowd, La Venta del Alma, mild-mannered during the day, really gets going on Friday and Saturday when the full-on atmosphere hits a prolonged high. It's just outside the city; cross Puente de San Martín and turn left up the hill and it's about 200m up on your left.
