In the Museu de la Xocolata, you can trace the origins of this fundamental foodstuff and admire (but not chomp into!) somewhat cheesy chocolate models of things like La Sagrada Família. The museum is housed in part of the one-time Convent de Sant Agustí, which boasts a pleasant bar in what remains of the cloister at Carrer del Comerç 36.
