    Great food, fun atmosphere and cheap prices.

    Bar Celta is one of the few remaining old-school tapas bars in Barcelona. Go for the pulpo gallego, patatas bravas and assorted fried fish and wash it all down with Galician white wine served in a traditional porcelain bowl.
