This small school offers a high degree of flexibility – you can study for a week or enlist for a half-year intensive course in Spanish. The big selling point is class size, with a maximum of eight students per class. A week of tuition (30 hours plus five hours of culture) costs €260.

Prepared and engaging teachers, organized staff and administration, excellent location and locale, plus wicked social events planned by the school. I spent 12 weeks at Babylon after a rushed decision to move to BCN and I was very happy with my choice. The classes were top quality, the staff was helpful, and most importantly for a newcomer to a new city – it was fun and I meet awesome people. Definitely one of the best in the city!

I've now done two seperate 1-week intensive spanish courses at Babylon Idiomas in Barcelona, and in both weeks I learnt a lot in a very short space of time. The teachers are of a very high calibre and create a fun environment for learning. The classes are a diverse mix of people of all age groups, and the school also organises great social events.
