Freiduría Las Flores information
Cádiz's addiction to fried fish finds wonderful expression here. If it comes from the sea, chances are that it’s been fried and served in Las Flores as either a tapa, ración (large tapas serving) or media ración (small tapas serving), or served in an improvised paper cup, fish-and-chips style. You order by weight (250g is the usual order).
If you’re finding it hard to choose, order a surtido (mixed fry-up). Tables can be hard to come by, especially at lunchtime.
