Itinerary

Day 1: Jeju Island
Depending on option chosen, your tour starts with your flight from Seoul to Jeju Island or by meeting your guide at Jeju International Airport (if you make your own way there) From the airport, enjoy the ride to your hotel, where the remainder of the day and evening are yours to spend at your own leisure. Overnight: 4-star Jeju Hana Hotel on Jeju Island or similar
Day 2: Hallim Park – Seolbong Park – Cheonjiyeon Falls (B, L)
After breakfast, head off on a full-day coach tour of Jeju Island’s west coast. Your first stop is the many gardens of Hallim Park, including its bonsai trees, water garden and subtropical botanical garden. You’ll also visit Seolbong Park, part of UNESCO's Global Geoparks Network, where you'll find nature trails and outdoor sculptures, and take a short trek to see the park’s postcard-perfect cliff and offshore views of neighboring Chagwi Island. Stop next at the world’s largest bonsai theme park at Spirited Garden, followed by a visit to Mount Sangang’s beautiful multi-tiered waterfall, Cheonjiyeon Falls. The walking trails here take you through the scented forest and across picturesque stone bridges. At the end of your west-coast tour you’ll be returned to your hotel for your evening’s accommodation. Overnight: 4-star Jeju Hana Hotel on Jeju Island or similar
Day 3: Trick Art Museum – Seongeup Folk Village – Seongsan Sunrise Peak – Manjanggul Lava Tube (B, L)
After breakfast at your hotel, start the day with a visit to the Trick Art Museum, filled with 3D and interactive images that will trick your eye with the art of illusion. (If you are visiting during the fall, you’ll visit the photogenic Sangumburi Crater.) Then, enter the traditional world of the Seongeup Folk Village, where Korea’s traditional thatched houses, Confucian temple, mill, fortress and tombstones have been preserved. Here, you’ll also hear Jeju folk songs and other folk entertainment, sample local food and hear the local Jeju dialect. Head to the Haenyeo Museum, where you’ll learn about the life and work of the island’s female divers, before climbing the spectacular crater of Seongsan Sunrise Peak, a Jeju symbol and UNESCO Natural Heritage Site. From the top of the island’s largest volcanic rock cone, you’ll be surrounded by the ocean and almost 100 similar rock peaks. End your third day with a stop at the Manjanggul Lava Tube, one of the world’s finest lava tunnels and another UNESCO Natural Heritage Site. From here, you’ll be transferred to Jeju’s airport to catch your flight back to Seoul.
