    Seoul Selection Bookshop

    Run by Hank Kim, this is the friendliest place to buy English books on Korean culture along with Korean CDs and DVDs. Staff can advise on which DVDs to buy - or you can hire them. Coffee, second-hand books and free Internet access are available too. Every Saturday morning they screen a Korean DVD with English subtitles. See the website for 'what's on'.

    Bandi & Luni’s

    A large bookshop with an excellent range of English books in section D2, English magazines in A1. There’s plenty of seats to relax in while you read a book in comfort (with or without buying it).

    A major downtown bookstore with cafés, English-language magazines and a ticket office on the top floor, plus English-­language books in the H2 and H3 sections downstairs.

    Chungang Atlas

    Chungang Atlas has racks of maps of Seoul and Korea for W3100 each, but all are in hangeul. There are some hiking maps with a bit of English.
