Lonely Planet review for BSD Dubu House
Over 20 varieties of spicy sundubu are on offer in this neat and clean basement restaurant decorated with collectables, but the traditional beef one is hard to beat. Add a raw egg to the sundubu, empty the rice into a bowl and add boiling water to the remaining rice to make burnt-rice tea. Side dishes include freshly fried fish.

Shin Doobu House
sabbykins recommends this,
Place was hard to find on the busy street. Name is Shin Doobu House not BSD Dubu House. It is on the basement level so you will have to go down a flight of stairs. They don't speak much english so pointing on the menu is required. Press the ringer by the corner of each table for service.
Overall, food is good, no complains. Not as spicy as expected but the beancurd and fish side dishes were very yummy which made up for it. -
Best & popular sundubu house in seoul
imjinah24 recommends this,
One of the first restaurants that i've been to in seoul and it's still one of my favorite. If you like spicy food much, then you would definitely like the spicy seafood soup(sundubu jigae) that's to die for. You can choose to order own sundubu jigae or you can order a combo to share with a friend. In the combo there are beef steak, spicy pork. The beef steak is define with smoky flavor. For 2 people, you can have one sundubu jigae and 2 choices of meat. Also, many kinds of side dishes are provided and of course you can ask for more. The atmosphere is a lot nicer than restaurants nearby and close to the hyundai department store. Although, i wouldn't give it 5 stars. The food costs around 5,000 won per person.
