The special kalguksu (noodles in a meat, dumpling and vegetable broth, rather than the usual clam broth) is famous, so it’s busy busy, busy. Eating at this Myeong-dong institution is a matter of ‘queue, pay, eat, leave!’ The soup comes with rice and kimchi.
