Down in the basement, this is a large but welcoming and comfortable bar. Maybe it’s the B52s (Baileys, Kahlúa, Bacardi 151 and Cointreau), but there’s usually dancing on the tables in the early hours – the railings on the ceiling are to hang on to! The notori­ous Bacardi 151 is strong enough to be inflammable.

    Racist.

    cspitzner does not recommend this,

    I was with two of my Korean friends and as the night went on, we decided to go to TinPan.. There was a line, so we waited for about 5 minutes before we got to the door. At the door, my friends were both allowed to go inside, but the bouncer told me I wasn’t allowed to go in. As I questioned him more, he said that the reason I was banned from entering was because I was a foreigner. It was the club policy to not allow foreigners into the club, not his personal decision.
