Lonely Planet review for Busan Tower
In the centre of the humble Yongdusan Park stands the 118m Busan Tower. If the haze is not too thick, daytime views of container-ship traffic in the harbour provide a sense of the port's scale of operations. Other things to do: buy corn from a kiosk, watch pigeons swoop for food.

Busan's answer to Seoul's North Tower
ciderboy recommends this,
If you have been up Seoul's North Tower, in Namsan park and marveled at the amazing three hundred and sixty degree views of the city, then Busan Tower is a must and is a must without this previous experience. The tower provides an impressive three hundred and sixty degree view of downtown Busan, it's surrounding districts and hills, and a great view of the port and even out to sea. I must admit the view isn't quite as impressive as the Seoul's N' Tower, as the surrounding hills are more restrictive in terms of the distances you can see, and the actual tower is lower than that of the N' Tower. That said it is a good way to see the vast city from above, gives great views, especially at dusk and is far less busy than it's taller brother in Seoul. It loses a star as it's views aren't quite as impressive as the N' Tower, and the interior ceiling lights are on all the time, creating flying saucers in your photos (from the light reflecting on the glass). Four and half stars if you head up the tower around dusk and watch the sun set against the sea whilst sipping a coffee in the tower top cafe.
