Catch bus 9 (W900, 15 minutes, every 15 minutes) from outside either of Sokcho’s bus terminals. It runs between Sokcho and Yang·yang.
There are direct buses from Naksan to Dong-Seoul bus terminal (W13, 700, 4½ hours).
