Hi, I'd like to spend 3-4 nights in Madikwe, it's better to sleep all the nights in the same lodge or it's better to spend 2-1 or 2-2 in differents lodges in different areas of the reserve (e.g. 2 nights in Eastern part and 2 in Western part)?
Is the reserve so small that is possible to go around almost everywhere staying in an only lodge? Or not?
Do you have some suggestions in which area is better to stay? Some recommendation about lodges (not the most expensive ones)?
Thanks in advance

Hello
Thanks for previous reply. Could I also ask if I get a Myciti bus to the Civic Centre from the airport would I find a bus on to A Sunflower Stop Backpackers, Green point easily or am I better going for the 200Zar shuttle offer from the hostel? Basically is the Civic Centre chaotic and unsafe?!
Thank you

Hi!
Could anyone recommend the most suitable route for me to hike Table Mountain? I am reasonably fit but do not like footpaths with a sheer drop on one side! I was thinking maybe the 12 Apostles route or Skeleton Gorge? I am interested in nature and scenery, rather than just getting to the top quickly. I would be booking with a tour.
Many thanks!

Hello, we are planning a 2 week stay in South Africa in April 2017. We will travel with 2 teenage children (11 and 12) and budget is limited. How to make the most out of it? Plan 2 weeks around either Capetown or Johannesburg, or can these be combined? We cannot afford the very exclusive safaris' but perhaps the best ones are a bit off the beaten track and still affordable? Any advice welcome!
Marc

Hi,
I need some help arranging a trip.
After staying in Cape Town for three nights and four days (love to hear recommendations about what we absolutely have to check out), we would like to travel Garden Route to Addo National Park and then return to CT for one/two night/s.

Where and for how long should we stop?

As of now we are thinking:

Starting our drive and passing Hermanus and Mossel Bay to arrive in Knysna - is this possible one day with also trying to see everything on the road? I think…

Drakensberg help

Hi

I am planning to visit Drakensberg and do one or two small hikes. Can anyone please give me suggestions on which hikes are the best to do and if possible suggest any hikes with bushman paintings. Bear in mind I will be travelling by car from St lucia direction so possibly any hikes in southern or middle drakensberg.

Also please recommend any reasonable accommodation nearby.

Thank you

National Parks

Hi
We are planning a trip to SA next year. I know Kruger is one of the best NP because of big five, scenery and sleeping facilities for all budgets. But everybody goes to Kruger and we will also. What are other affordable national parks with beautiful scenery and good possibilities to see all sorts of game? I know there a quite some NP's for high end budgets but I can't spend R5800 (€ 330) per person per day or more.
So I am looking for nice places to stay in natural surroundings and above all…

Hi I'm on holiday in Cape Town for 2 weeks from 11th November and just wanted some advice on where to stay. I'm a 28 year old solo traveller So will be looking to stay in hostels to meet fellow travelers to socialise and maybe enjoy a few nights out with. I might also look to stay 2/3 nights in a nice hotel to really relax later in my trip. Any advice or recommendations appreciated.
Cheers:)
Tom
