Converted from a barn in 1780, the first Lutheran church in the Cape has a striking pulpit, perhaps the best created by the master German sculptor Anton Anreith, whose work can also be seen in Groote Kerk and at Groot Constantia. Go to the room behind the pulpit to see the collection of old Bibles.
