And if you visit this ­social project designed to uplift young blacks and coloureds to see the wire sculptors at work, you’ll see what that means! It stocks an amazing range, including working radios and chandeliers as well as artier products such as the Nguni Cow range, which you’ll also find sold at upmarket craft shops such as Africa Nova.
