Dating from 1906, these nicely restored baths, featuring painted murals of city-centre life on the walls, are heated and very popular with the local community. The separate Turkish steam baths (R70) are a great way to sweat away some time, especially during the cooler months. Women are admitted 8.30am to 7pm Monday and Thursday, and 9am to 6pm Saturday; men 1pm to 7pm Tuesday, 9am to 7pm Wednesday and Friday, and 8am to noon Sunday.
