Lonely Planet review
Gizo Hotel is a perennial favourite for its central location, salubrious yet unflashy rooms and wide array of facilities (wi-fi, air-con, gift shop, bar and restaurant). Popular with expats and businesspeople, it can’t quite shake that just-a-motel feeling, despite a swimming pool amid lush vegetation at the back. Some rooms have sea views, others open onto the garden and the pool. Excursions to Kennedy Island are organised most Sundays.
Our independent authors have visited Gizo Hotel and selected this as one of our recommended hotels in Gizo.
