Getting there & away
Solomon Airlines has a twice-weekly flight to Marau (S$910 return). This very scenic flight takes you over the rugged mountainous interior.
It’s a 20-minute boat ride from the airfield to Tavanipupu island, and a 10-minute boat ride to Tawaihi island.
