    This peculiar place behind the town hall, with a wine cellar below and a terrace in a lovely arcaded square, tries (not altogether successfully) to serve Slovenian, Balkan grilled, Thai, Japanese, Italian, Greek and Mexican dishes. What is this? Fusion confusion?
