Lonely Planet review
A brand new, ultra-stylish four-star hotel with comfortable, high-tech rooms and a colourful designer look throughout may be just what the doctor ordered. But it's just that little bit too far out of town to cater for the non-business crowd, even though there is a free shuttle service to Kongresni trg.
There's no denying its designer credentials or the fact that this is an extremely good hotel. It is staffed by helpful friendly people committed to making your stay as relaxed and as trouble-free as possible. The self-service cafeteria is one of the best we've ever seen, and the full-workout gym is well-stocked with the latest machines (it features sliding doors that deliver you directly into the forest!) The rooms - from standard to suite - are modern and very well designed, and there are a handful of wheelchair accessible rooms on the ground floor. It's a shame about the location though. Yes, it's in the middle of a forested tract, and it's on the far side of the western bypass. If you're driving (and if you stay here you really should be) then it's not too much of a problem; otherwise you're relying on the free shuttle service to Kongresni trg, which only goes a handful of times a day.
