The 194-room Grand Hotel Union, the art-nouveau southern wing of a two-part hostelry, was built in 1905 and remains one of the most desirable addresses in town. Constructed in 1905 and one of the most beautiful and elegant hotels in the region, the property offers an excellent complimentary buffet breakfast, free internet access and a modern business centre. Being less than a 30-minute drive from the airport, the Grand Hotel Union is ideal for business and leisure guests.
Culinary delights are served in the elegant restaurant Smrekarjev Hram or in the quiet shady garden in the summer. The hotel also has a cosy bar and the popular Grand Café.
The Grand Hotel Union provides 20 multi-functional conference rooms with a capacity for up to 800 participants and many other facilities.
