Hong Kong's Michelin-starred dumpling peddler is now steaming in Singapore, with the same queues (head in after 8.30pm) and tick-the-boxes order form. While nothing compares to the original (the Singapore branches need to import many of the raw ingredients), the recipes are the same and the results still pretty spectacular.
