Spring Ju Chun Yuan information
In terms of atmosphere, this must be the most irresistibly romantic Chinese restaurant in Singapore. Done up like a 19th-century house, it specialises in Fuzhou classics like Buddha Jumps Over The Wall. It's pricy, for sure (the shark's fin stew will set you back more than $1000!), but worth a visit for a special occasion (we recommend you book).
