Lonely Planet review
Let down only by its unfriendly staff, Sleepy Sam's – located in the heart of Kampong Glam – continues to hover near the top of Singapore's best-hostel rankings thanks to its laidback ambience, pier-and-beam ceilings, beautiful book-filled common-area cafe and well-furnished dorm rooms. It's usually fully booked so call ahead.
Our independent authors have visited Sleepy Kiwi and selected this as one of our recommended hostels in Little India & Kampong Glam.
