Above the Tong Seng Coffee Shop, with its frontage facing the restaurant-bar strip on Liang Seah St, this dusty old flophouse has a certain dingy charm (think 1970s Southeast Asia on a Shoestring) and the cheapest, noisiest beds in Singapore.
