Would like to travel from KL til Singapore (or JB) by train - but I do not know what will be the best option. The night train at 22:30 or the early morning train at 04:38.
If travelling by the night train will I be able to see anything of the landscape - or will I only travel in the hour of darkness?

How is the scenery from the train compared with the section KL - Butterworth - if I have to choose by the two sections which to choose?

Thanks in advance

There is a wealth of excellent info here regarding train travel form Singapore to Kuala Lumpur including links to sites such as www.seat61.com and 12go.asia. My query is in regard to the first class deluxe sleeper from JB to KL. Can anyone confirm if this ticket is available in advance? If so, how early may I purchase it and from whom would be the best agency to purchase I from? Is this ticket only available on certain days? If so, on which days may I be able to travel in the first class…

We've nearly completed three months of 2016 and there have been 14 questions posted on this forum. Traffic on other forums I visit is also very sparse. Something is happening out there. My guess is that people are using accommodation sites, tour companies and private drivers.

DO NOT go to queue 1/2 for immigration check at terminal 1. This queue has a by-pass to allow disable people and mothers with excessive numbers of children to jump the queue.

There is a very good food court in the basement of Terminal 2, going towards T3. Next to the big supermarket. Its a sort of staff canteen and everything is half the price of upstairs.

If you are with Scoot Air, they allow people on 'night flights', whatever that means to check in from 8pm. I was able to checkin for…

Is there anywhere to have a free shower in Changi Airport?

From the bit of looking around I have done I can only find places which make you pay.
