Travelling with my 70+ parents and looking for local veggie food that is really accessible. Hoping to avoid Indian as they are Indian and have a lot of that back in Canada. Really hoping for a great veggie Latska and some other local delights they can try.

I land in Singapore at 7pm on Jan 14, then have a train booked to leave from JB Sentral on 15 Jan at 8.30pm. Am I better off spending the day in Singapore or JB? I think JB will be cheaper (which is a factor but not decisive) but don't want to spend the day there if I will be bored.
