Lonely Planet review
This place screams style, and being in Glasgow, that means style with a smile. Just six rooms ensures that St Jude's pays personal attention to their guests and injects a lot of TLC into their establishment.
Rooms are spacious and decorated in a chic, minimalist design with luxury king-size beds. You're not really going to go wrong whatever room you get, but Nos 1 and 2 have a great feel to them. Rooms at the front generally tend to be noisier, so if that's a problem for you request one at the rear of the building. The suite is HUGE - about three times the size of a normal room. St Jude's proximity and ambience would suit couples intent on some serious retail therapy. If you'd prefer to be able to prepare your own meals, this establishment also has some self-catering flats nearby, otherwise the restaurant on-site is the epitome of Glaswegian urban-cool and dishes are influenced by the Mediterranean and the Far East (try the cha cha monkfish). If you really take to the food, half- and full-board deals are available.
