Just north of Stockbridge is the lovely Royal Botanic Garden. Twenty-eight beautifully landscaped hectares include splendid Victorian palm houses, colourful swathes of rhododendrons and azaleas, and a world-famous rock garden. The Terrace Cafe offers good views towards the city centre.
