This Victorian styled Garden Flat is situated in a quite area on a leafy avenue giving a countryside ambiance yet it's only 2 minutes from the main bus route to the city with its theaters restaurants and nightlife along with all the historical places of interest to visit.
Guests can choose from king size beds or twin beds, both are en-suite rooms. The rooms are tastefully decorated and both very quiet with no traffic noise, a peaceful haven after a long day discovering the delights of Edinburgh.
