I'm planning to fly with Air Arabia from Sharjah to Jeddah. In Jeddah I will take an Air Canada flight to Parais. The stop over would be about 11 hours.
I am a female travelling alone. I will not get a transit visa since I wouldn't be able to and I will not leave the airport in any event.
Has any body heard of any problems with this? Has any body heard of people with an onward ticket for Saudi not being allowed to board the plane?
I know Saudi Arabia does not currently give out tourist visas, but what exactly is their "personal visit" visa? It sounds fairly similar to a tourist visa...
I read that there are no tourist visas offered for Saudi Arabia.
I want to visit the country though. I am muslim and I have a friend there.
How and where to apply for a visitor visa from Germany?
Hi! I'm an Italian citizen and I was wondering if you guys know a way to get a tourist visa for the KSA. I've been looking at every possibility but haven't find anything very helpful. Also, if you have a western friend in Saudi Arabia, do you know if you can get a visa to see him? Would that work? Any help is appreciated, thanks!!
As I will go to the KSA for business reasons, I've got a few questions:
Will the business visa have a specified date of entry and exit?
Does it have a specified point of entry and exit?
I would love to arrive a few days earlier into another city just to visit on my own in order to see a bit more of the country, and then go to my business destination on a domestic flight.
Thank you for your help!
I am a 62 year old male non Muslim. I am trying to plan a trip from London to Dubai on my motorcycle. My outline route is thru Europe to Greece or Turkey cross the Mediterranean to Egypt then to Saudi either direct or via Jordan then on to UAE. Any advice on crossing the Med and obtaining visas for the remainder of the journey would be most helpful.
I'd really like to check out the Arabian peninsula. I spent a day in Jeddah years ago on the way to Sudan and would like to explore Saudi Arabia a little more.
I'm not Muslim, but I'm happy to go through whatever rituals are deemed necessary to get myself declared as one.
Anyone know how easy it is to get a Hajj visa (or, given the crowds at that time, perhaps an Umrah visa)? Does a cleric or someone have to certify your Muslim-ness?
If you're offended by my cavalier approach to…
I am American thinking to buy airline ticket with less than 5 hour transit in Saudi Arabia on my way to China.
A transit visa or another special document would not be needed since I will not leave the airport?
As always, many thanks in advance.
I am planning on cycling from London to Beijing after i finish university in England in September 2016. I am planning my route at the moment and have at the moment decided to go via Saudi Arabia.
From what i have read a transit visa seems the only way to do it, but have also read that these are hard to come by. Could anyone help me out? is the transit visa the only option and is plausible?
Many thanks everybody :)
