Lonely Planet review
A well-established midrange option that attracts a loyal following, the Okapi benefits from a decent location that’s within easy walking distance of the city centre. The rooms come in four levels of comfort. The bottom category has tiny, cell-like rooms with shared bathrooms and at US$40 a double is a complete rip-off. The middle two categories are another thing entirely, with satellite TV, comfy beds and balconies with wide views.
Our independent authors have visited Okapi Hotel and selected this as one of our recommended hotels in Kigali.
