Lonely Planet review
Set on the edge of the Glinka Garden, this centrally located hotel has clean, bright rooms. Luggage storage is not available. Cheaper rooms are unrenovated but still decently maintained.
Our independent authors have visited Hotel Tsentralnaya and selected this as one of our recommended hotels in Smolensk.
