Lonely Planet review for City Sculpture Museum

In the main lavra complex, the first main building on the left is the 1717–22 baroque Annunciation Church (Blagoveshchenskaya Tserkov), now the City Sculpture Museum. Except for the cupola, this interior is hardly recognisable as a church, as only a few fragments of frescoes remain. The exhibition includes the downstairs crypt and some sculptures of headstones upstairs.
