Guests are kindly asked to present either a Russian passport or a military card upon check-in. A birth certificate should be presented for children under 14 years. Guests under 18 years are requested to have a notarised power of attorney from one of the parents allowing them the stay at the property.
Please note that the property may request an authorisation letter and a photo of both sides of the credit card used for booking within 24 hours of the reservation. The property reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the documents are not provided. A security deposit of 1000 RUB in cash is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
