Kailas
Principally a music shop, Kailas has an impressive selection of contemporary and classical music from around the world, which covers all genres; the specialities seem to be classical, jazz, indie-Russian and ‘ethnic’ music. Transylvania
From the courtyard, look for the black metal door that leads down into this dungeon of a shop, which houses room after room of CDs, in every genre imaginable. If you are curious about the russky rock scene, this is where you can sample some songs.

505
Excellent range of CDs, DVDs and computer games, and the added novelty of being able to handle the goods yourself (albeit while being watched by about 14 security guards at one time).
