This synagogue opened in 1998 as a part of the complex at Park Pobedy. It is a memorial to Holocaust victims, as well as a museum of the Russian Jewry. Admission is with a guide only, so you must make arrangements in advance, especially if you want a tour in English. Otherwise, you might be able to join an existing group.
