Servers at Taras Bulba dress up in traditional embroidered outfits, complemented by Ukrainian tapestries and wood floors, which provide a homey atmosphere. Specialities include black bread with salo (lard), and vareniki (dumplings) filled with potatoes, cabbage or meat. Other branches include one in Zamoskvorechie.
