German-style brew pubs are popping up all over Moscow, confirming the Russian penchant for salty sausages and thirst-quenching beer. Bavarius competes with the best of them, offering pork chops, sauerkraut and plenty of cold, delicious draughts. It’s particularly inviting in summer, when there is seating in the shady courtyard.
