Lonely Planet review for Scandinavia
In most parts of the world, Swedish cuisine is not really celebrated; in Moscow, it is. Much beloved of Moscow expats, Scandinavia offers an enticing interpretation of what happens ‘when Sweden meets Russia’. A delightful summer café features sandwiches, salads and treats from the grill (including the best burgers in Moscow, by some accounts). Inside, the dining room offers a sophisticated menu of modern European delights.

European Delight in the Center of Moscow
kbirdsall recommends this,
Complelety charming little place near Pushkinskaya. Clean lines, very spacious, brightly lit. The chef and owner are Swedish, and the food is excellent and quite authentic. We highly recommend the meatballs with lingonberries, or any fish dish on the menu, all of which are deliciously dressed. The outdoor patio in the summertime is a popular venue for expats from around the world--don't miss it!
