Not too expensive, but still stylish, Shyolk is popular for authentic northern Chinese fare. Connoisseurs credit this to fresh ingredients and bold spices, not to mention the chefs hired straight from China. ‘Bamboo Fire’ comes highly recommended for those with a tough palate.
