Lonely Planet review for American Bar & Grill in Mayakovskaya

One of Moscow's oldest expat hangouts, this place has lost some of its lustre over the years. With classic fare like big burgers and spicy chicken wings, it does not draw the crowds it once did. Nonetheless, it is always a pleasant place for cold beers, and you are bound to meet some other innostrantsy (foreigners) who are quaffing them too.

    April 2010 - pretty bad

    kwadratic does not recommend this,

    It worked because there were few options. Today there are many so not a popular venue, very poor service with average food at best. As an expat the venues are Molly's, John bull chain of pubs, John Dunn, Jean Jak, Chesterfields.

    Good for: Not much
