Soviet times may not have been happier; they may not have been simpler. But they were definitely funnier, according to local cartoonist and restaurateur Andrei Bilzh. See his eponymous masterpieces at this popular retro restaurant, which reminisces with Soviet propaganda and pop music. The menu is riddled with inside jokes about the good ol’ days.
