Lonely Planet review for Count Dracula Club
Don't pretend you don't want this. A spooky home with blood-dripping walls and cosy rooms themed as hunting, medieval, Transylvanian style, plus a chapel/coffin room with impaled heads, hands reaching through walls and blood-red lights. In addition, Drac himself shows up 'for a show' at 21:30 Tuesday and Friday. The food's fine - mostly bloody meats. ('Um, we have vegetarian soup', said a ghoulishly goateed waiter, perplexed at the very thought of vegetarians.)

Agressive and intimidating. Do not go there.
jmlb does not recommend this,
If the aim of the restaurant is to scare and intimidate the clients with bad service then it does its job very well.
The entrance and interior were interesting and fun however that was spoiled by a pushy waiter and poor food. The menu promised more than what the bland and small portions delivered.
After experiencing the appetizers it was time to leave. We asked for the bill which came to 70 lei (expensive compared to average restaurants near by), the waiter made a point of saying (multiple times) that the service was not included and that the normal tip rate is 15%, which is not true. A 100 Lei note was used to pay and we had to ask for the change after the waiter stared at us expecting us to get up and go without returning the change. Leaving the restaurant was the best part of the experience. Not good for: atmosphere, food, service
