Meet Lonely Planet at Gap Year Event

A gap year is a life changing experience. For a growing number of people, the chance to take some time off from studies or work is just too good to resist – and who can blame them? Given the choice between more work or more stamps in your passport, what would you choose?
Lonely Planet have teamed up with STA Travel and The Mail on Sunday to bring you the opportunity to talk to the experts and find out all about taking a gap year. The event is aimed at students planning to take a gap year after A levels and their parents.
Lonely Planet’s Tom Hall will be answering your questions on a panel shared with STA Travel, Frank and Daniel Barrett from The Mail on Sunday and i-to-i. After the Q&A session, everyone will have the opportunity to talk to Tom and other LLonely Planet staff about their specific trip and requirements.

Cost: The cost for the event will be £10 per person and for every ticket sold, you will receive £20 OFF the price of a round the world ticket bought through STA Travel.
