You can buy tickets from the newsagent kiosk on Praça da República. The bus stop is northeast of the turismo. For more information call 282 762 944.

Buses come from Lagos (€3, 50 minutes, 10 to 20 daily), via Salema, and Portimão (€4.60, 1¾ hours, three daily on weekdays). It’s only 10 minutes to Cabo de São Vicente (three daily on weekdays).

Near the turismo, bike rental is available at Quiosque Navegador (€7.50 per day bike rental; 9am-9pm). Through Turinfo you can rent bikes, scooters or autos.
