Varzea da Goldra is a village situated 2 km from Loulé. This semi-detached house was renovated in 2000. It lies outside the resort, in a sunny position, 10 km from the sea and from the beach.
The three-room semi-detached house has comfortable and furnishings. The living room with, satellite-TV and DVD and direct exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. The kitchen is equipped in 4 hotplates, oven, microwave and a dining table. There are two bathrooms, the one is with a bath, bidet and a toilet and the second with a shower and a toilet. On the upper floor is gallery with 1 double sofa bed, shower/WC and wood burning stove. 1 room with TV, satellite-TV, air-conditioning and warm air heating. 1 room with 2 beds and a fan. Terrace, barbecue, deck chairs (4) are to your disposal. From the terrace toy will have a view of the sea, the mountains, the valley, the countryside and the resort. For shared use: grounds of 4'800 m2. For private use: swimming pool (8 x 4 m, 01.01.-31.12.), Shower/WC in the pool area, parking by the house.
